I ship internationally, but not to all countries. Check availability at checkout.

What is the return policy?
As each piece is created in limited quantities, I currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery with photos, and I will be happy to assist you.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, depending on my availability. I am always happy to create custom pieces for you.

When will I get my order?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 7–10 days after purchase.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, and may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

Are your pieces handmade?
The conception and prototyping of all pieces are handmade by me. After that, I have to outsource the production process depending of the product, as demand grow higher than my personal production capacities.
