Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will find a solution.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of delivery. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
You have 3 days after receiving your order to contact us regarding any issue. We do not accept returns.
Custom pieces are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Some jewelry pieces (such as rings, bracelets, or adjustable items) may be returned for resizing or adjustment only. Once adjusted, the piece will be sent back to you. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and sent back only after approval. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
Sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
